• The successful candidate will support a broad range of legal and administrative matters, including contract management, legal document review and drafting, knowledge management, process improvement, and special projects
• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or equivalent role within a law firm or corporate legal department
• Associate’s degree in a related field or Paralegal Certification
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and principles
• Experience conducting legal research using online databases and other resources
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and legal technology platforms
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, as business needs require
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours on occasion to support critical business priorities

• We are seeking a Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive legal support to a dynamic and multidisciplinary legal team
• This role reports to the Vice President, General Counsel and is ideal for a proactive professional with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Draft, review, and redline legal documents, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor agreements, letters, memoranda, and other commercial contracts
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding NDAs and other legal documents and matters
• Coordinate electronic signature processes and maintain contract records, databases, and legal filings
• Support the development and implementation of processes that improve efficiency and organization within the Legal team
• Manage legal intake workflows and tools to ensure timely and effective support of legal requests
• Develop, maintain, and enhance centralized legal resources, templates, and tools for internal stakeholders
• Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Procurement, Business Development, Engineering, Human Resources, Finance, and Operations
• Conduct legal and business research as needed to support various projects and initiatives
• Assist with knowledge management, document retention, and compliance-related activities
• Support and manage special projects and other duties as assigned
