• You are experienced in selling to SME customers in medical device or other healthcare sales with a proven demonstrable track record of success
• You are a highly versatile, energetic individual who is detail and task orientated
• You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, be practical with a positive can-do mentality
• You will be able to personally develop, maintain and expand our market presence and be involved with exciting and impactful campaigns
• Experience in b2b sales
• Experience in using sale methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Familiarity with ear and hearing health technology and the healthcare industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel 20% or more domestically in pursuit of opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or have the equivalent from professional experience

• The SME New Business Sales role is responsible for achieving revenue goals in the small and medium-sized segment while driving revenue growth and market penetration for Tympa Health Technologies Limited
• This is an inside sales role. The role builds and maintains relationships with key decision-makers in the Audiology, Care Home, Optical and Pharmacy segments
• Executing the sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
• Working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to create demand and drive sales
• Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in one or more of the audiology, care home, optical and / or pharmacy segments
• Progressing opportunities from opportunity identification to deal closure, navigating the organisation to bring the right resources to drive sales
• Collaborating with other departments within the organisation, such as product development and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing success
• Providing regular updates and forecasts to the UK General Manager on sales performance
• Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the ear and hearing healthcare industry, including emerging trends, competitors and regulations; and
• Performing other duties as assigned
