Who you are

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Level 2 help desk support role, preferably in a MSP environment.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to handle a variety of complex technical issues
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, network protocols, and basic cybersecurity principles.
Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

What the job involves

Respond to and resolve escalated Level 2 support requests in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop, network, and application support.
Ensure that all tickets, changes, and projects are well-documented within IT Glue for future reference.
Proactively monitor system alerts and performance, taking preventive measures where possible.
Assist with onboarding and maintaining hardware and software configurations.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and continuously improve the overall support process.
