• Support the day-to-day administration of HR and people operations, including maintaining employee records and HR databases
• Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job adverts, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing induction materials and coordinating orientation sessions
• Help manage employee communications, ensuring staff are informed about policies, procedures, and company initiatives
• Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal standards
• Respond to employee queries promptly and professionally, providing guidance or directing them to the relevant team member
• Support employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and culture-building activities
• Help organise training sessions and maintain records of learning and development activities

• Help plan social events, generating a great place to work
• Assist Head of People with all admin tasks
