Who you are
- This role requires an experienced and driven sales executive who understands how to navigate and progress revenue growth across each affiliate and line of business
- Ability to travel to the midwest and/or west coast
- Significant experience in a growth role or extensive experience partnering with and selling through payers for ASO or other lines of business
- Quantifiable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets or OKRs
- Ability to present clearly to key decision makers
- Consultative selling experience, including collaboration with an indirect sales team
- Ability to proactively manage pipeline and willingness to leverage Salesforce in a strategic data-driven approach
- Demonstrated collaboration with internal colleagues (marketing, product, ops, etc.) to support sales momentum
What the job involves
- This growth role will be the sales executive solely focused on net new business growth
- As the Growth Lead you will be responsible for building relationships with and selling through net new business with our payer partnerships
- This includes bottoms-up relationship building with account executives as well as top-down relationship building with C-suite
- Net new revenue growth across ASO, fully insured, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and other lines of business and affiliates will be the focus of this role
- Execute sales strategy for payer partners
- Manage pilots and initiatives to grow the account and/or improve product performance
- Champion Maven and activate this large partner internally
- Lead development and presentation of the growth review of aspects of client QBRs
- Manage and progress pipeline opportunities for growth
- Track and report on partner KPIs to demonstrate success i.e. bookings and pipeline
- Build bottom-up and top-down relationships across Payer Name, driving buy-in and understanding of Maven value proposition across all products
- Empower direct sales teams to sell Maven through this partner
- Establish regular touchpoints with payer leaders (meetings, events)
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, partnerships, sales, CS) to surface growth opportunities
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities (new products, populations, geographies) for both ASO and FI employers
- Support development and delivery of business cases linking expansion to outcomes, ROI, and member satisfaction

The digital health model delivered by Maven is intended to make healthcare services more accessible: it aims to support those that have been marginalized by the traditional health care system.

However, Maven's focused on marginalised groups is what sets it apart.
Maven has received significant funding as it continues to address areas of underrepresented healthcare coverage, such as treatment of postnatal depression. As the company grows, Maven will use this new funding to continue to personalise its platform and enhance its service's cultural flexibility, increasing its support networks across all stages of family and reproductive life. Recent examples of expansion is new product offering for personalised support for those trying to conceive naturally.
