• We’re looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager to support the Chief of Staff / Head of Business Operations
• This is a high visibility role with exposure across the business
• You will be responsible for leading our quarterly OKR and goal-setting process, tracking performance across the business, supporting the Board and key stakeholders, and conducting ad hoc analyses
• Own quarterly OKR process (planning, alignment, and reporting)
• Identify and drive process improvements across the business
• Use analytical skillset to bring data driven hypotheses to senior leaders
• Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives across the business
• Support Board, investor, and key partner meetings
• Create high quality materials and analyses that facilitate strategic decisions
• Get in the weeds to find ways to improve our products and features
• Build relationships and trust cross-functionally to support the company’s goals
