What the job involves
- We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join Elastic's EMEA Sales Development team in the heart of Barcelona to focus on the Scandanavian Countries
- As a Sales Development Representative at Elastic, you are more than just a cog in the sales machine
- You are the frontline of communication, fostering genuine connections and placing quality interactions above simply dialling numbers
- Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our sales initiatives by actively engaging with prospects and understanding their unique challenges to offer tailored Elastic solutions
- We have designed a cooperative workspace in Barcelona to nurture collaboration and team spirit, leveraged by our SDR and Sales Hub teams for approximately 3 days weekly

- Partner with the sales, marketing, and partner teams to innovate strategies that increase our sales pipeline and business expansion
- Strike a balance between promptly addressing user inquiries and proactively seeking new business engagements
- Utilize tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and LinkedIn to research prospective accounts, pinpoint key decision-makers, and craft compelling messages
- Immerse yourself in learning the vast capabilities of Elastic technology to adeptly converse with a technical audience, guiding them on how Elastic solutions meet their objectives
