Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or revenue generation, including 2+ years leading SDR or BDR teams
- Experience supporting enterprise or strategic selling motions with complex buying groups, longer sales cycles, and multi-threaded account plans
- A demonstrated track record of creating pipeline and managing a team to measurable outcomes
- Strong command of SDR metrics, funnel conversion, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management
- Experience partnering with Account Executives, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Revenue Operations
- Excellent coaching, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Comfort operating in Salesforce and using data to drive decisions
- A high-ownership, low-ego leadership style with the ability to move between strategy and execution
- The judgment to balance urgency with thoughtful, sustainable team development
- Ability to manage a team of outbound account development professionals
- Ability to use sales automation and prospecting tools to accurately capture activity and
- Information on opportunities
- Results-oriented with an ability to lead and drive process change
- Ability to collaborate with different individuals across the organization and a “roll-up their sleeves” approach to accomplish all necessary tasks
- A self-starter with excellent organizational skills

- We have sales opportunities across the US and Canada, so you’ll travel between 5-10% of the time
What the job involves
- As a Senior Enterprise Manager of Sales Development, you’ll be responsible for managing and motivating a team of highly driven Sales Development Reps
- As we continue to scale you will ensure the proper management layers are in place to maximize the impact of the sales development org
- In this role you will be required to build a winning strategy, set goals, and measure performance against weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives
- Outcomes:
- Consistent attainment of Enterprise SDR pipeline and qualified-opportunity goals
- Improved conversion rates from target account to meeting, meeting to qualified opportunity, and qualified opportunity to pipeline
- Strong alignment and execution within the AE/SDR account-coverage model
- Accurate CRM data, reliable reporting, and clear visibility into pipeline health
- Faster ramp time and stronger productivity from new SDRs
- Improved retention, engagement, skill development, and internal mobility
- A repeatable operating system that scales with the Enterprise sales organization
