Senior Product Designer, ManyChat

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design with 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer at a technology-driven organization with a track record of shipped products
• A well-structured and narrated portfolio showcasing your experience, design process, and data-informed outcomes
• Strong understanding of human-centered design models and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively
• Highly skilled in Figma

• We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape and evolve Manychat’s flagship Direct Message Marketing workflows on the Sekiro Team
• You will report to the Head of Product Design and work in a cross-functional agile product team
• You'll be involved throughout the entire product development cycle—from research and discovery to final delivery
• You’ll bring and apply empathy, curiosity, and creativity to develop innovative approaches that set Manychat apart from competitors
• You'll shape the functionality and experience of our products by collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and design peers to create intuitive, cohesive, and visually appealing solutions
• You'll iteratively design and test solution concepts in different levels of fidelity, from sketches to prototypes, to test viability, research hypotheses, and gather insights for improvements
• You'll create clear documentation to help the entire product group understand the rationale and the state of design decisions and progress
• Own your projects, set a high standard for design quality, and encourage team performance
• Cultivate a supportive culture by celebrating milestones, seeking collaboration, and emphasizing shared wins
• Provide constructive feedback and share knowledge across product group teams to help teammates grow and elevate overall design standards
• Serve our customers with every design data-informed design choice you make, learning from past product successes and failures
• Research customers' jobs, pains, and gains to guide product decisions that solve real problems
• Collect and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate hypotheses, experiment, identify opportunities and major pain points, and deliver straightforward, effective solutions
• Learn and understand Manychat's product, the market, and customers’ ambitions to guide design choices
• Use internal tools, documentation, APIs, and workflows to build effective experiences, including channel integrations
• Look beyond the immediate requirements—tackle complex challenges by creating practical and innovative customer-focused solutions
• Contribute to and help evolve our design system by collaborating with our dedicated design system team
• Apply our early-stage design system and collaborate effectively with engineers to account for technical constraints
• Help streamline Figma workflows and delivery to boost your team’s efficiency
