Role
Who you are
- You are a strategic thinker, who is able to both keenly read the dynamics within individual customer relationships, and understand the bigger commercial and strategic picture for Logiwa’s business as a whole
- 4+ years of experience working within Warehouse Management Systems in implementation, Customer Success, or another customer-facing capacity
- 5+ years of experience owning customer accounts within a SaaS organization
- Proven experience in upselling and successfully managing churn to drive customer retention and revenue growth
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer management skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly and work hands-on in a team environment
- BS/BA or a combination of experience and education/training equivalent to a four-year college degree
What the job involves
- As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will own post-sales relationships with a book of Logiwa customers
- You’ll partner with our clients through the customer journey, with the goal of increasing adoption and product engagement
- You’ll proactively track customer metrics, ensuring our customers are getting true value from our product
- Work closely with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product to provide a best in class customer experience
- Use your knowledge of fulfillment, e-commerce, warehouse operations, and Warehouse Management Systems to advise and partner with your customers
- Participate in account planning, looking for opportunities to drive growth within your accounts to increase account spend over time
- Manage relationships in Custify to create dashboards and reporting to measure customer success
- Provide proactive engagement with customer base to assess risk and minimize churn well in advance
- Maintain up-to-date Logiwa application knowledge to articulate business value to customers

Loigwa offers an integrated cloud WMS and order fulfillment system for high volume fulfillments, with a particular focus on direct-to-consumer brands. Flexibility and efficiency are fast becoming dominant success metrics in warehousing for consumer goods, and Logiwa’s system connects directly to a company’s online store - making it speedy, easy to run, and perfectly adapted to manage the increased volume of consumer purchases over the pandemic.
The past few years have seen it enjoy some healthy investment, including from a VC firm who also backs Starbucks, being used to fuel its continued growth. This is no surprise: a WMS offering faster speeds, greater labor efficiency, and a scalable setup that can adapt to rapid growth in online sales is a potentially future-shaping prospect in the warehousing industry.
