Who you are

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and an interest in sustainability and real estate
SQL experience is a plus
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business,Sustainability, Finance, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

What the job involves

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Operations Intern to support our data management processes
This role will focus on organizing, analyzing, and managing ESG-related data within our platform, helping to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Assist in managing large datasets related to ESG reporting and real estate performance
Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and organization within Scaler’s platform
Support the ESG data gathering and analysis process, helping to structure and optimize workflows
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data integrity and contribute to process improvements
Research industry trends and assist in the preparation of internal reports and presentations
Support the development of onboarding materials, internal documentation, and other operational resources

Our take

The reality is that the real estate sector contributes an estimated 20% to the world’s carbon emissions, as well as having several other environmental impacts.

Scaler collects ESG (environmental, social, and governance) data to better understand and encourage the real estate industry to do better in this field. With that promise, the company could make a vast impression on the climate crisis, alongside bringing light to the other aspects that ESG data covers.
