Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and other relevant tools
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
- A strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
- A passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief of Staff to work in partnership with our Vice President in North America to drive revenue growth across the Americas Region
- This critical role will be responsible for optimizing our revenue operations processes, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering actionable insights to fuel growth
- Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize sales, marketing, account management and customer success operations
- Lead cross-functional projects, such as sales enablement initiatives, marketing campaign optimizations, and billing process improvements
- Develop and execute project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of results
- Foster strong relationships and collaboration between sales, partnerships, account management, customer success, finance, and marketing teams
- Facilitate communication and alignment on shared goals and objectives
- Resolve cross-functional issues and conflicts to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve revenue performance
- Provide actionable insights to drive sales, marketing, account management and customer success initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems and processes
- Maintain a high level of operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for the VP of Americas
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to drive business growth
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Restaurants typically work with a number of suppliers, but this can be hard to manage with antiquated and fragmented systems. Deliverect provides a way for companies to integrate online orders into their POS, streamlining the disparate aspects of food service and delivery onto one single platform.
Deliverect has over 10,000 customers, from household name like KFC and Taco Bell to younger restaurant chains like Dishoom. As one of many trying to capitalise on the rise in online food delivery, competition is hot. Deliverect has responded to this by constantly evolving and exploring migration into other sectors of hospitality.
This evolution has seen Deliverect invest in enhancing its services with more physical point of sale terminals and third-party service providers, as well as expanding into in-store management. It also acquired ChatFood, a leader in social media ordering, to solidify its already strong position.
