Senior Designer, POSH

• A minimum of 5+ years in a professional design role (agency or in-house), with a portfolio showcasing a range of work including brand identity, social content, and experiential design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Familiarity with motion graphics or 3D software
• Expertise in logo design and typography
• Ability to bring brand design principles to organic social content without lowering engagement
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives
• Excellent deck design skills in Figma, Canva, and Google Slides
• A proactive attitude, who can accomplish project objectives with a high level of proactivity
• A collaborative spirit, ready to work alongside various teams to bring creative visions to life
• Deep passion for live experiences, niche audiences, and the communities that drive culture

• We're seeking a Senior Designer to elevate Posh’s visual identity and lead the development of design assets across all brand marketing channels.
• Reporting to the Head of Marketing alongside our Art Director, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on Posh’s branding, content, and the events industry at large
• Designing and refining Posh’s visual identity system, ensuring consistency across brand marketing channels
• Leading the creation of creative marketing projects, including campaigns, merchandise, event creative, out of home, and social/digital content
• Collaborating with department teams to ensure cohesive brand representation and to integrate design seamlessly into all aspects of the company
• Generating creative ideas and driving the conceptualization process for campaigns, partnerships, and always-on content
• Staying ahead of design trends and incorporating them into your work while maintaining Posh’s core aesthetic and values
• Fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the team
• You'll be a driving force behind the evolution of Posh’s brand identity, influencing how our brand is perceived globally
• Your work will directly enhance our storytelling capabilities, helping to connect with our audience on a deeper level
