Senior Account Executive, Themis

• We’re looking for someone who’s not just a seller, but a builder: someone who’s comfortable operating in ambiguity, crafting solutions on the fly, and jumping in wherever needed to make things happen
• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling into regulated industries
• Proven success closing mid-market and enterprise-level deals (ACV $100K+)
• Deep understanding of consultative selling and solution-based discovery
• Tech savvy and quick to learn new tools, platforms, and workflows
• Highly collaborative—you work well across teams and departments
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on tasks, proposals, and client needs
• “Get shit done” mentality: you don’t wait to be told, you move
• Experience working with or selling into banks, fintechs, or compliance teams

• We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to help us convert our growing pipeline of banks and fintechs into long-term customers
• This is a high-impact, high-visibility role on our go-to-market team
• You’ll own the full sales cycle—from qualification to close—working directly with decision-makers at financial institutions to understand their governance challenges and how Themis can solve them
• You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership to refine our pitch, improve our sales processes, and drive real revenue
• Own and close deals from an active pipeline of banks and fintechs
• Build strong relationships with compliance, risk, legal, and operations leaders
• Run discovery calls, product demos, and procurement conversations end-to-end
• Partner with product and marketing to shape our messaging and value proposition
• Track pipeline health, provide accurate forecasts, and manage deals in CRM
• Help define and evolve the sales playbook in a fast-scaling environment
• Travel to meet clients where they are and attend conferences
