Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record in community building, influencer marketing, events, and socials
- Proven success scaling community programs at brand and design-first companies
- Excellent communication abilities with experience adapting campaigns to different audiences and channels
- Proven experience in community building, customer marketing, and social media, ideally in a leadership role within a brand and design-first company
- Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and community management, with a track record of building and growing engaged audiences
- Brand-focused mindset with a focus on content quality, narratives, and partnerships strategy
What the job involves
- Build and grow an engaged community, fostering authentic connections between customers, partners, and Attio through our own community forum, events, and socials
- Build, grow, and manage our creator program and social content partnerships
- Manage and scale our social presence, helping to craft compelling narratives and engagement strategies that amplify brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Assist in planning, executing, and measuring success of integrated campaigns that connect brand investments with social, content, and community initiatives
- Hire, lead, and mentor team members ensuring high-quality execution of programs and campaigns
