Role
Who you are
- Fluent English and French language skills
- 3+ years of related experience within commercial collections
- A history of meeting or exceeding collections targets
- Customer Service and service ticket/case management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail that enables accurate completion of tasks
- Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities and handle tasks under pressure
- CICM qualification advantageous
- Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis
What the job involves
- The Accounts Receivable Coordinator - French Speaking manages cash collections and the resolution of billing queries across the EMEA managed region
- You will work directly with Smartsheet customers and partners alongside Sales and Customer Success
- The expectation is to consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience both internally and externally
- You will report to the Director of Finance Operations - EMEA and APJ and can work from our Edinburgh, UK or London, UK offices, or remotely from within the UK
- Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts
- Focus on reducing ageing and increasing cash collections
- Work collaboratively to resolve billing queries and ensure timely payment
- Participate in regular debt reviews
- Manage high volumes of inbound queries
- Aim to drive process improvement
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned to support growth in the EMEA region
- Perform other duties as assigned
