Who you are
- 4-6 years of experience in a Partnerships Manager role
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful partnership strategies
- Well connected in the e-commerce space, with rapport with agencies and merchants alike
- Experience in selling/sales, preferably in the B2B SaaS space
- A deep understanding of the e-commerce market - including key players, competitive dynamics, and consumer needs
- Strong communication and marketing skills
- Passionate about e-commerce, reviews, and our mission to bring trust back to the space
- An excitement to jump into a fast scaling company, and immediately take ownership of multiple projects
What the job involves
- We are expanding our product portfolio in 2024, and now we are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to help us drive our growth, brand, and continued success within the reviews and ecommerce space
- This will be our first Partnerships Manager hire, so the perfect candidate will need to establish clear plans and strategies from scratch
- As we venture into the mid-market sector, this role offers significant growth potential
- Build and maintain a strong network of marketing agencies to co-sell with us and help merchants to grow
- Pitch our product offering to show the value to partners and merchants
- Build rapport with our partners and develop go-to-market strategies with them
- Work closely with our Head of Marketing to develop marketing and sales enablement materials
- Establish co-marketing initiatives via partners to drive brand awareness & sales
- Establish feedback loops with partners to gather insights and optimise joint marketing and sales efforts
- Lead the development of a robust partner community to boost collaboration and maintain high engagement
- Facilitate community-driven initiatives for product feedback and strategic brainstorming, promoting continuous growth and innovation
