This role is a current vacancy , and we are actively seeking a candidate to join the team
Carry out the day-to-day processes within the Gaming Finance Team for our Ontario iGaming and Sportsbook ventures
Monitor ingoing and outgoing account activity like a hawk – no chip unaccounted for
Stay one step ahead on Fraud, Risk, AML, EDD, KYC, and Responsible Gaming compliance
Team up with Responsible Gambling specialists to safeguard our VIP and high-value players
Process player withdrawals with precision in line with AML and KYC rules
Tame third-party payment systems and troubleshoot technical issues
Examine and verify player identity documents across multiple jurisdictions
Be the bridge between players, internal teams, and external partners
Help onboard new players, ensuring a smooth KYC journey from seat to play
