What the job involves
- Victor, a leading private jet charter company headquartered in London, seeks a talented intern to join our growing team. In this collaborative role, you'll work closely with both the sales and marketing teams, focusing on business development and sales research
- Identify and engage high-value prospects: You’ll conduct in-depth research to uncover potential leads and assess their relevance, helping to shape the sales pipeline
- Develop key sales and marketing skills: Gain hands-on experience in pre-qualifying leads, tracking sales initiatives, and maintaining CRM data, all while collaborating with experienced professionals
- Contribute to strategic business growth: Work alongside sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment, assist in brainstorming sessions, and support innovative approaches to uncover new business opportunities

- Conduct in-depth research within our database to identify high-value prospects ("gold") and promising leads
- Assess and pre-qualify leads based on their potential value and alignment with our sales strategy
- Engage potential leads proactively through cold calling, initiating conversations, and identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and goal alignment
- Enhance sales operations by managing data entry, updating CRM records, and tracking lead progress
- Contribute to strategic brainstorming sessions to develop innovative methods for identifying new business opportunities
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales and marketing teams, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives

Victor provides on-demand private jet charter through its app and website. By cutting out the middleman between a traveller and jet owner, Victor can reduce prices and increase availability.
The company is not the first to attempt an 'Uber for Private Jets' style business, with BlackJet notably closing in 2016. Yet, Victor believes that it offers something unique.
