What the job involves
- We’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Gaming & E-Sport Team & help continue the expansion of our Ballantine’s Gaming platform globally. Key responsibilities include
- Lead the day-to-day relationships with current partners
- Manage the delivery of existing plans with the Borderlands Franchise, including content strategy, campaign look & feel development, channel amplification, event activation, Streamers outreach, reporting campaign results & recommendation
- Support the E-Sport approach & strategy in key markets such as Spain, Poland, Brazil, India & China
- Create content strategy & bespoke channel plan to ensure that all content has a clear objective, key message tailored to the channel, driving to a single destination
- Support the evolution of the current Gaming Platform Strategy to establish the brands ownable role in Gaming culture
- Make Ballantine’s .com and other channels a destination for our MATES (global strategic target) – delivering fresh, relevant & compelling content to drive better engagement scores
- Develop strong working relationships with key markets, by; utilizing their local insights and expertise, building plans with them & securing strong investment support driving local amplification plans across every Gaming activation
- Lead working relationship with Gaming agencies and other E-Sports players in the Eco-system
- Collaborate with the In-House Studio Team to achieve cost efficiencies on assets where possible / relevant
- Internally, you’ll work with Global Ballantine’s Team, Local Market Ballantine’s Teams, Portfolio Activation Team, Strategy & Insights, Finance & HQ Culture Team
- Externally, your contacts will be Gaming Partners, Media platforms, key Industry Figureheads & Media Titles, E-Sport Talent, Masterbrand Comms Creative Agency & Specialized Gaming Agencies
