Finance & Business Operations Associate, Savvy

• 3 to 5+ years in a strategy/operations/product role in technology, fintech, management consulting, or investment banking. Experience in a client/customer-facing role is advantageous

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload; ability to multitask and meet deadlines with quality product
• Passion for solving complex operational problems and building scalable processes
• Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; SQL experience is advantageous
• Adept at quickly learning and adopting new technologies

Desirable

• The Operations team is a cross-functional team working across the whole company. You will directly report to the Head of Finance & Biz Ops, who is a partner to the leadership team at Savvy focusing on high-impact strategic projects and data analyses
• Work directly with the Head of Finance & Biz Ops to drive strategic initiatives across different areas of the company
• Use data and insights to identify new opportunities within our advisor and client experience
• Build business cases and quantitative models that will inform and influence our decision-making process
• Balance several projects while remaining flexible and adaptive in a rapidly evolving environment
• Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes
• Contribute to improving our capabilities by enhancing existing processes
• Build and manage metrics and reporting to track business progress
