Senior Backend Engineer, Lilt

• You must be curious, have attention to detail, be energized by a challenging entrepreneurial environment, be comfortable thinking big while also diving deep, and be open to experimenting and iterating on processes as the company grows
• 5+ years of software development experience with several general purpose programming languages including Java and Python
• 2+ years of experience leading a major software component
• Proven ability to drive large-scale engineering efforts to completion and demonstrated knowledge of industry trends and best practices for scaling cloud-based services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
