Who you are
- Introductory Project Management Experience: You have some foundational experience or a strong understanding of project management principles
- Exceptional Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills are a must, allowing you to juggle multiple tasks efficiently

What the job involves
- In this role, you'll gain valuable experience by supporting smaller consulting engagements, acting as a direct point of contact for our customers, and collaborating closely with senior Project Managers and Services Engagement Managers (SEMs)
- You'll also work hand-in-hand with our Operations team, contributing to all phases of the project lifecycle
- Managing Smaller Consulting Projects: Take ownership of smaller consulting projects (typically under 10 days) across the EMEA region
- Customer Point of Contact: Serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout their consulting engagements
- Project Lifecycle Support: Assist with all aspects of project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities
- Documentation & Workflow: Help manage project requirements, scope, and change request paperwork and workflows
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with both the Consulting team and the CFL Operations team to ensure seamless project delivery
- Forecasting & Resource Management: Participate in weekly revenue forecasting and resource management processes
- Team Support: Provide general support to the Project Management team and offer cover for colleagues as needed
- Process Adherence: Comply with departmental processes, templates, company guidelines, and adapt to the evolving needs of the business
- Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of SUSE's key product values, solutions, and overall strategy
