Security Lead, Hyperlane

• 5+ years of experience in a security-focused role, with expertise in blockchain, cryptography, or smart contract security
• Proven track record in managing security incidents and conducting vulnerability assessments in a technical environment
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices, software development processes, and DevSecOps methodologies
• Experience leading security audits, working with external partners, and ensuring compliance with security certifications
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders

• Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy across all facets of our technology stack
• Lead security audits, vulnerability assessments, and threat modeling to identify and address risks
• Work closely with the engineering teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into the development lifecycle
• Respond to security incidents, conducting thorough investigations and implementing resolutions
• Educate and train the team on security best practices and create awareness programs to foster a security-first culture
• Collaborate with external auditors and security experts to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
