  • This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and is eager to grow their sales career in the world of SaaS and developer tools
  • 1-3 years of experience in an outbound sales, business development, or similar role (experience in SaaS or developer tools is a strong plus)
  • Strong understanding of the software development ecosystem, including familiarity with concepts like AI, LLMs, databases, APIs, and cloud services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn about Hasura’s technology and the developer space

What the job involves

  • As an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) at Hasura, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our customer base
  • You will focus on identifying, qualifying, and creating new sales opportunities with prospective customers who can benefit from Hasura’s PromptQL technology
  • Conduct research to identify and prospect potential customers across industries, focusing on developers, engineering teams, and technical decision-makers
  • Develop and execute creative outbound strategies, including cold emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn outreach, to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring alignment with Hasura’s ideal customer profile
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to schedule discovery meetings and provide them with detailed handoffs for seamless engagement
  • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate data
  • Stay informed about Hasura’s product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs, including outreach volume, qualified meetings, and pipeline creation

Hasura delivers a development toolkit to speed up the production of data-led APIs.
