Product Manager, Circit

• At Circit, we have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious product manager with previous Saas experience , to lead the development of our platform through a high growth phase for the business
• This role will suit a motivated and ambitious individual, who is looking to make a big impact
• You must have a dynamic approach to work, be capable of shifting gears and want to work in a high growth, entrepreneurial business
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years’ of Product management experience working in B2B technology in a SaaS company
• Proven track record of partnering with product orgs, engineering, growth and sales teams to contribute to product strategy
• 3+ years experience working as a Product Manager in a SaaS company is required
• Very high attention to detail (to uphold high standards in execution)
• You are genuinely excited by software products, are passionate about new technology and its impact on the world, and can talk very comfortably about how software products work
• Entrepreneurial and excited about the possibilities of your job and the potential of the company
• Can understand and absorb both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed product decisions
• Can mix both creative and analytical thinking to come up with the best solutions for Circit and our customers

Desirable

• You will work in cross functionally with the Product , Technology , Marketing and Sales teams
• Drive the Product Strategy for your product area, including alignment on the north star, and developing a strategy to get us there
• Own the full product lifecycle for your product area, including getting projects road mapped, taking them through Discovery, Execution and Launch
• Work closely with multiple stakeholder groups including Sales, CS, Engineering, Design & Leadership top ensure high quality features that bring value to the user are delivered
• Create and translate our product capabilities and product updates into messaging that is used throughout the company, clearly demonstrating customer value
• Influence product strategy by being embedded in the Product organistation, bringing in sales feedback, customer and market insights, the competitive landscape. Debate with product partners on how we use these insights to prioritise and build our product roadmap
• Excels at all forms of communication, written, spoken, from 1:1 to large presentations. Can explain topics at any zoom level (highly strategic and abstract to specific and tactical) to employees at any zoom level (Execs to Individual Contributors)
• No tolerance for work/work, or docs/pdfs as an end state of a project. Always looking to drive a direct line between your work and customer value and/or business impact
• Establish and manage a constant feedback loop into the product function from the management, sales and customer support teams to ensure our product is always aligned with our customer needs and corporate strategy
• Monitor the market in relation to directly and indirectly competing products to ensure Circit maintains product competitiveness and a superior feature set
• Continuously improve the UX on all aspects of the platform
