Role
Who you are
- Are you a creative, data-driven, and results-focused Growth Hacker who lives for solving complex challenges and accelerating growth
- 4-5 years of experience in growth hacking, performance marketing, or growth-focused roles, with a preference for marketplaces, SaaS, or wellness/beauty industries
- Experience in both B2C and B2B growth strategies
- Strong data analysis skills, including A/B testing, cohort analysis, CAC, and LTV measurement
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Expertise in A/B testing platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel
- A deep understanding of local market and cultural awareness in the wellness space
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bonus points if you can speak French!
What the job involves
- This is a pivotal position to turbocharge our marketplace in the UK and France
- Reporting to the UK/FR Marketing Leader, you'll work closely with local and global teams to design and execute innovative, low-cost, and scalable strategies tailored to key cities
- By combining local market insights with bold, unconventional tactics, you will drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
- If you're excited by the prospect of rigorously testing, measuring, and refining campaigns using KPI-driven analysis, and you're comfortable working independently in ambiguity, then you'll thrive here

- You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product to ensure full-funnel performance and sustainable growth
