• Dandy is seeking a Sr Director of Demand Generation to lead the design, execution, and growth of our global demand generation engine
• This role is mission-critical to our next phase of growth, with a sharp focus on driving high-volume customer acquisition and building a best-in-class inbound marketing funnel
• You will define the strategy, inspire a high-performing team, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable, predictable, and repeatable pipeline growth
• Architect and execute a comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy to accelerate pipeline and customer acquisition growth across segments
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team globally, fostering a data-driven culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous optimization
• Own global demand generation budgets, KPIs, and OKRs — including lead volume, pipeline generation targets, conversion rates, and ROI
• Develop and execute segment-specific strategies (SMB and enterprise) and global GTM programs tailored to regional market dynamics
• Drive multi-channel campaigns across paid media (social, search, direct buys), direct mail, content marketing, lifecycle email, and events
• Build and scale account-based marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with Sales to accelerate growth within strategic and enterprise accounts
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Revenue Ops to optimize lead handoff, enhance pipeline forecasting, and ensure tight alignment across the funnel
