Paralegal, Manna Drone Delivery

• A law degree or equivalent legal qualification
• 3-8 years' experience as a paralegal or legal executive (in-house or private practice)
• Excellent drafting skills
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
• High attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and practical judgement
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

• Reporting to the General Counsel, you will work closely with the legal team and business stakeholders across the company. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of legal and commercial matters in a fast-growing international technology business
• You'll support commercial transactions, corporate governance, regulatory projects, employment matters, intellectual property and legal operations
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements using approved templates
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including execution, renewals and contract database administration
• Support international commercial negotiations with customers, suppliers and strategic partners
• Assist with corporate governance matters, including board meetings, resolutions and company secretarial filings
• Coordinate legal due diligence for fundraising, financing and strategic transactions
• Assist with employment law matters, including preparing employment documentation and supporting HR projects
• Support intellectual property management, including trademark portfolios and confidentiality agreements
• Conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions
• Assist with regulatory matters relating to aviation, privacy, technology and consumer law
• Manage relationships with external counsel
• Help develop legal templates, playbooks and internal policies
• Support compliance initiatives and legal operations projects
• Undertake general legal administrative tasks as required
