Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our IT Team
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile operating systems
- Experience in troubleshooting common hardware, software, and network issues
- Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
- Proactive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on user satisfaction
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Availability to travel occasionally to other company locations or for training
Desirable
- Previous work in a fast-paced, international tech environment
- Experience with IT asset management and inventory tools
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms
- Enthusiasm for learning and improving processes in IT support
What the job involves
- Providing first-level support to all BizAway employees, both in-person and via remote access, for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Configuring, deploying, retrieving, and troubleshooting Windows and macOS laptops and mobile devices
- Supporting and maintaining peripherals like monitors, keyboards, printers, and office A/V equipment
- Managing user accounts using our cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) system, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Contributing to internal IT documentation, guides, and FAQs
- Assisting with IT inventory tasks
