Role
Who you are
- You are fluent in CGI and motion design at the highest level, with deep expertise across industry-standard tools and a relentless drive to push what is technically and creatively possible
- You move between photorealistic product visualization and expressive motion storytelling without missing a beat
- You are as comfortable concepting as you are executing, and you bring both to every project
- 5+ years of motion graphics and CGI experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates both technical mastery and strong visual storytelling instincts
- Advanced rendering experience in Redshift, Octane, or equivalent. You produce photorealistic product worlds, not just polished renders
- Strong CGI modeling and texturing skills with the ability to build, light, and render complex product visualizations from scratch
- A genuine motion storyteller. You understand pacing, rhythm, and visual flow. You know when motion serves the idea and when it is getting in the way
- Experience creating content natively for digital and social platforms with a strong understanding of format, aspect ratio, and what performs in each environment
- Expert-level fluency in Cinema 4D, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Fluency with AI-powered creative tools such as Weavy, RunwayML, and Claude and how to use them to accelerate motion and CGI workflows, not replace the craft behind them
- The ability to work upstream on visual story development and downstream on production delivery without losing creative integrity at either end
- Comfort working at speed on multiple projects simultaneously. Creative Labs moves fast and the Motion Graphics Artist has to move faster
