What the job involves
- As the Executive Assistant supporting Field Operations executives, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the success of Leaders executing customer pre-sales, post-sales, and go-to-market strategies
- The leaders you will support interface regularly with senior customer leaders, internal leaders, and the broader company supporting systems and processes. We seek a candidate who values collaboration, detail orientation, and excellence in execution
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses for two to three executives
- Proactively handle scheduling conflicts and suggest alternative meeting times
- Prepare meeting setups, materials, and participant coordination to ensure effective meetings
- Track and drive completion of key deliverables, following up on outstanding items
- Foster team culture within Field Operations, aligning with broader Highspot values
- Build strong relationships across departments and proactively support executive effectiveness
- Identify and address process inefficiencies, collaborating with leadership on solutions
- Continually seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
- Maintain relationships with other Executive Assistants company-wide
- Organize morale events and support team and company milestones celebrations
- Provide support and answer questions for team members across functional areas
- Assist with project and program needs across Executive teams and Field Operations
