Who you are

  • You must speak fluent German to be considered for this role
  • 3+ years of relevant experience (consulting, client management, professional services, or sales engineering experience); ideally including enterprise implementations
  • Bachelor's degree required. (Degree is in a STEM field preferred)
  • Ability to effectively support and engage with a diverse group of people. Able to support a dynamic discussion with an executive or help an impatient user who is learning about Highspot for the first time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to support in constructing a thoughtful and effective strategy for organizing and sharing sales and marketing information
  • Experience being the bridge between different teams within the customer organization, who often have conflicting perspectives. A working knowledge of operating within the marketing and/or sales team at a large organization is a plus
  • Familiarity with driving software solutions involving many stakeholders and delivering results on time with high quality

What the job involves

  • In this role, you will be joining the Implementation team within the Professional Services organization
  • This is a high impact and high visibility role, where you will represent the company as you work with customers to define and deliver solutions using Highspot
  • You will play a key role in building customer and partner relationships and setting customers up for success in gaining long term value from our platform
  • Design a solution in collaboration with SMB/Commercial and Enterprise customers, develop project plans, and execute on the project through a phased approach
  • Ensure that the customer’s launch goals are met and that Highpot’s core use cases are configured
  • Gain deep knowledge, understanding, and experience with the Highspot product and how it is integrated with other systems in a customer’s environment
  • Work directly with customers on configuring key integrations, examples including SSO and CRM
  • Train users to take full advantage of the product. Collaborate closely with partner teams that help drive the customer experience including other GTM functions, Product & Engineering, and Support
