Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting and best practices
- Experience in sales forecasting, Salesforce reporting and analysis, and executive communication/data synthesizing
- Excellent cross-functional communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Highly detail-oriented, with exceptional creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
- Collaborative, strategic mindset with a focus on revenue optimization
- Startup and SaaS background preferred
- Must be located in either Pacific or Mountain time zone
What the job involves
- Sales Strategy and Ops is at the core of the five major verticals of the business: Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Onboarding & Customer Success. We are working with stakeholders to build an internal infrastructure to scale while also providing actionable insights to managers for workforce optimization
- We are a rapidly growing company and it’s essential that all teams are delivering maximum outputs
- The person in this role will be a trusted advisor to the go-to-market verticals (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing) on forecasted sales outputs, go-to-market function analyses, and productivity recommendations
- What you get to do every day
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership on weekly sales forecast outputs, identifying over/under-performing channels and supporting territory planning
- Drive analyses, frame business problems, and communicate actionable insights with a bias towards execution
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects, including structuring problems, implementing solutions, and measuring impact
- Perform ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations
- Manage bulk uploads for campaign management, task management, and recycled lead initiatives
- Coordinate with StratOps teammates to improve sales organization systems and processes
