Role
Who you are
- Proven experience in a partnership, operational, or account management role, ideally in food, hospitality, logistics, or a related sector
- A natural relationship builder who is comfortable in clientfacing and vendor-facing situations alike
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing a varied workload with a high degree of independence
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt your style whether you're pitching to a new client or negotiating terms with a courier partner
- Genuine enthusiasm for food and the Dublin food scene
- Comfortable with data and performance tracking. You know how to set targets and hold yourself accountable to them
- A problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do

What the job involves
- Owning Feedr's presence on the ground in Dublin. Acting as the primary point of contact for vendors, clients and courier partners in the market
- Identifying, approaching and onboarding Dublin best food businesses that align with Feedr's quality standards and client needs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and drop-ins and repping our orders to ensure satisfaction
- Sourcing and contracting new potential courier partners in Dublin, managing those relationships day-to-day to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery to meet our London operations standard
- Working with our sales team in London to uncover growth opportunities. Supporting on developing a clear pipeline of prospective clients in Dublin and actively helping to convert and grow them alongside our sales team
- Engaging with growth targets and KPIs for the Dublin market, reporting progress regularly to the senior team
- Feeding local market insight back to the wider Feedr team, including product, operations and commercial to drive continuous improvement
- Staying close to the Dublin food scene, attending relevant events and keeping Feedr visible and well regarded in the market
- Championing a data-driven approach to decision-making across all areas of the role
Our take
Acknowledging that the B2B food delivery market has fallen way behind B2C in terms of digitisation, Feedr is targeting an estimated £4.7bn contract catering market. Adopting a B2B2C model, Feedr attracts companies to sign up and subsidises the meals their staff order as an additional perk to boost employee well-being. This also forms part of the company’s talent recruitment and retention strategy.
In addition, Feedr differentiates itself by curating a set of tailored menus based on the user’s order history, aiming to elevate the quality of breakfast, lunch and dinner orders. On top of that, the restaurants and caterers Feedr works with are low-impact on the planet and quality-assured by the company.
Feedr started off operating in London, and after being acquired by Berlin company EatFirst, is ready to expand its service to new geographical areas. Though it's working against a crowded B2C market, Feedr is the only B2B2C model food provider, a low-admin, hassle-free alternative for busy companies. And its partnership with EatFirst will no doubt elevate its presence as it looks to expand.
