Role
Who you are
- This role requires a strong technical understanding of Hubspot marketing automation - we are looking for the right candidate to come in and get into the detail
- You must be confident in monitoring, analysing, testing, and continually refining all components of digital marketing campaigns across the full life cycle, whilst also being always close to the customers/audience
- Essential: expertise in being hands-on with Hubspot (with technical depth) & broader CRM experience (Salesforce)
- Project management experience, dealing with stakeholders, deadlines and clarity of communications
- Data driven and analytical, comfortable using BI tools and Excel
- Driven, self-starter who shows a high level of personal responsibility
- Experience of planning and execution of marketing campaigns within the CRM environment
- Attention to detail and previous experience of delivering end to end digital solutions in a complex environment
- Communications – from training others to developing technical user guides
- Analytical skills, a data curiosity to add value to the marketing team
- Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication

- This role is involved in every step of the customer engagement cycle for both new and existing business
- You can really make this role your own and we want someone who is curious and proactive, whilst not being afraid to make recommendations
- You will be required to execute suitable demand generation campaign ideas and measure their success
- As a fast-growing SaaS business, it is key to retain and upsell existing clients, whilst driving a constant flow of new MQLs for the new business sales team
- Organic, email, events, and social media will be integral channels in building your demand gen pipeline, nurturing target audiences, showcasing thought leadership and building brand loyalty with prospective clients
