Role
Who you are
- 3-5 years closing experience ideally in a SaaS or financial technology sales environment
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in eCommerce, financial services, or banking
- Experience or interest in working at an early stage start-up
- An understanding of or interest in learning more about finance
- Comfortable working in ambiguity
- A bias towards taking action
- Experience with current sales tech stack: Salesforce, Salesloft, and DocuSig
What the job involves
- Be the first and primary point of contact for new leads and sales opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales quota
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to clients, addressing any objections or concerns
- Lead demos of our software platform
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit, product development and customer success, to ensure delivery of solutions and services to clients
- Iterate and improve on current sales processes (e.g. collateral, messaging, demos)
