Role
Who you are
- You have previous experience with content marketing at a startup preferably direct to consumer
- You have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research and how written content can be leveraged across all online platforms
- Highly organizing with strong written & verbal communication skills
- Comfortable analyzing data through Semrush, Google Analytics, Mixpanel and other sources (i.e. Branch)
Desirable
- Bonus: An understanding of ADHD / experience with direct to consumer health
What the job involves
- Plan, develop and implement the content marketing strategy and develop a strong editorial process
- Build out our blog and online presence in order to win a share of organic traffic
- Create various types of content such as blog posts, guest posts for external sites, newsletters, videos and social media posts
- Hire and manage a team of freelance content creators
- Build content and affiliate partnerships with other websites, influencers and ADHD coaches. Strategizing on expanding the scope and number of these relationship

ADHD is a neurological condition that usually affects patients for life. Inflow is a digital platform that aims to help people with ADHD to manage their medical condition. By using its platform, users can access daily exercises, challenges, tools, and other ADHD-specific support.
Inflow distinguishes itself in the market through the fact that it has been created by a team of clinicians and coaches who live with ADHD, meaning they understand it better than most. Moreover, the platform's content has been created by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is a scientific process that contributes to the effective management of ADHD.
With upwards of 100k downloads and a promising reception, it is so far going well for the company. It made its first acquisition in late 2022, with online psychiatry and medication platform Lina, and its latest fundraise will be used to further develop the product and support additional recruitment.
