With so many startups emerging into the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) market over the last decade, itโd be easy to assume that the space has become overly saturated. This doesnโt appear to be the case at all however, with the industry still growing at over 10% annually and valued at around $170 billion.
Better yet, despite economic conditions forcing a downturn in venture capital across the startup ecosystem, funding is still finding its way into the SaaS space. ChartMogul finds itself in a nice position โ providing key subscription analytics services to SaaS startups which need to to constantly calculate their user metrics as they scale.
Since launching in Berlin in 2014, ChartMogul has expanded to Toronto and Seoul, and has gained some well-known customers like Whereby, SageHR, instapage, and Teamwork. That itโs achieved this expansion with comparatively little VC funding suggests that this growth is quite sustainable.
