What the job involves
- As a Customer Experience Agent, you are the first point of contact for our members and the “face” of Urban Sports Club
- As the bridge between customers and Urban Sports Club, you ensure our customers leave every interaction feeling positive about the Urban Sports Club offer and the support we provide
- Your main responsibility will be to understand the differences between our B2C and B2B offers and support our B2E members in their specific requests
- Find creative and individual solutions to the requests of our B2E members received via email and on the phone
- Serve as the direct link between Urban Sports Club and current and potential members
- Build a relationship with our members with your positive, compassionate, and clear communication
- Help us to continuously improve our level of customer service, our user experience, and our processes and tools
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration with colleagues from other departments, such as Sales, Finance, Growth and Customer Success
- Become an expert on all B2E-related topics and support other colleagues with your specific knowledge

Established in 2012, Urban Sports Club is a platform that makes sports and fitness achievable for all. The company aims to re-shape the future of sport, focusing on the future of hybrid sports models.
Realizing they had the desire to perform different sports at different venues - but that membership options limited this - founders Moritz Kreppel and Benjamin Roth developed Urban Sports Club, where users can combine different sports, checking in and training at more than 12,000 partner venues across Europe.
A 2024 buyout by Qualitas Funds helped to maintain Urban Sports Funds' position as a subscription service. The company has also released a B2B "corporate fitness" offering, to promote better employee health, with clients including Barilla and Denk Werk.

Moritz has had a number of roles including Trainee at the Secretariat General at the European Commission, Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament and Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.
