- 15+ years B2B marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS / Enterprise Software growth company

- Significant strategic project and program management skills, with the ability to work independently against deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment

- Expected travel of about 20% with a small portion of that being international
What the job involves
- This seasoned business leader will establish and champion a C-Suite engagement strategy across ServiceNow including content strategy, customer journey, executive events, and a dedicated program for our top strategic accounts
- The strategy will enable high impact and customized experiences for our most senior-level executives from our existing customers and net new prospects
- This role requires significant executive engagement, externally and internally to ServiceNow, in and outside of Marketing, including the need to bring customer executives together to collaborate & help address their most pressing business issues in a peer-to-peer environment
- This leader is resilient and will interface regularly and influence directly with the highest levels of ServiceNow leadership across Product, Sales, Marketing and the Executive Team
- She/He will focus on delivering outcomes and results within a matrixed organization and core stakeholders at the highest levels of the company
- This leader will be tasked with developing executive & C-Suite programs for customers, building trusted relationships at the highest level of the company, and can do so in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Lead, drive, and gain alignment with marketing and executive leadership at ServiceNow on a global marketing strategy for C-Suite executive engagement inclusive of a strategic marketing program for our top 250 accounts
- Create a strategy to drive increased C-Level awareness for ServiceNow as a platform company
- Create and manage communications with executive leadership, sales leadership, and geo & global marketing around all things C-Suite executive engagement
- Lead, manage, and develop a team
- Lead ongoing business reviews updates and communications on C-Suite to marketing leadership, senior sales stakeholders, and executive product & sales leadership
- Manage and support executive marketing programs at key internal and external events

The company is prioritising organic growth over mergers and acquisitions, with a target revenue of $15 billion, something which its Visa partnership will no doubt aid in achieving.
