Senior UX Engineer, Redpanda Data

• 5+ years experience building world-class user flows, with expert attention to details when solving user pain points
• Passion for upholding standards and consistency for user flows, interactions and visuals across multiple user surface areas from UI to CLI
• Focus on forward-planning, pragmatic translation of designs to code
• Experience writing production-ready, performant, and well-tested software
• Expert knowledge in Typescript, javascript frameworks such as React, and style libraries
• Solid experience working with testing frameworks (e.g: Jest, Playwright, Cypress)
• Experience building and maintaining accessible design systems with industry standard tools (e.g: Storybook, Chromatic)
• Comfortable working with a 100% distributed engineering team, collaborating on GitHub
