Who you are
- This role is ideal for a student with a passion for writing and design, who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Creative eye for visual design and a strong understanding of brand aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to commit to 8 hours per week
- Portfolio or examples of previous writing and design work are highly appreciated
What the job involves
- We are seeking a proactive and creative working student to join our marketing team and support our ongoing content marketing efforts
- You will be responsible for executing recurring marketing activities, ensuring consistent and engaging content across various platforms!
- Develop and schedule weekly LinkedIn posts, focusing on industry insights,company updates, and engaging content
- Research relevant topics and trends to maintain a consistent and informative presence
- Create visually appealing one-pagers, sales materials, and other marketing collateral using design tools (e.g. Canva)
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
- Assist in the creation and updating of sales presentations, brochures, and other sales-related materials
- Ensure all materials are clear, concise, and aligned with our brand messaging
- Write and edit compelling copy for various marketing materials, including social media posts, one-pagers, and website content
- Proofread and ensure all content is error-free and adheres to brand guidelines
- Assist with other recurring marketing tasks as needed, such as data entry, content organization, and basic website updates
- Help maintain and organize marketing assets
