Role
Who you are
- If you have been an entrepreneur- i.e. an agency owner, run your own (or worked at a) coaching or course creation business or worked at an agency before this is the perfect role for you.
- Proven experience in performance marketing. Running ads on Facebook and YouTube Ads is a huge bonus
- Strong background in offer creation, sales call closing, and coaching others in sales and marketing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients
- Deep understanding of course and coaching program creation, marketing strategies, and sales techniques
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Continuous learner, keeping up-to-date with industry trends
- A sincere passion for the creator economy and a drive to help experts monetise and scale their expertise through courses and coaching programmes enabled via technology
What the job involves
- Lead coaching sessions: Guide clients in course and program creation, marketing strategies, and sales techniques through individual and group coaching sessions
- Performance marketing expertise: Drive client success by optimizing marketing campaigns, targeting the right audience, and staying updated on performance marketing trends
- Offer creation: Collaborate with clients to refine course and program offerings, pricing strategies, and value proposition development
- Sales call closing: Assist clients in closing sales calls, overcoming objections, and improving communication and relationship-building skills
- Coaching and mentoring: Coach clients on sales and marketing techniques and ensuring exceptional coaching experiences

Our take
The internet provides seemingly unlimited opportunities for learning, with options ranging from short video tutorials and lectures to virtual boot camps and masterclasses. However, these bite-sized educational formats lack the structure and formalities associated with traditional cohort-based course (CBC) syllabuses, and this is partly due to educators not having the resources required to provide their teachings in such a format.
Let’s Level Up is an online cohort-based course platform that provides educational instructors with the resources they need to build educational syllabuses for classes of online students. The platform includes personalised branding and community tools, payment subscription infrastructure, student management dashboards and publishing resources, ultimately providing an all-in-one solution for CBC creation.
Whilst some online platforms for informal syllabus-based courses already exist, Let’s Level Up has recognised that this isn’t enough, with existing solutions lacking the benefits of community and formality that CBCs provide. The company claims that its platform helps provide a formal infrastructure for effective online learning, whilst ensuring instructors have the tools necessary to build engaging and well-marketed CBCs.
