What the job involves

Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns for employees and managers
Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and practices
Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Collaborate with the VP of People to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
