Role
Who you are
- Prior experience conducting technical interviews with Developers, both frontend and backend
- Strong knowledge of technical skills and experience required for frontend and backend development roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates' technical abilities and cultural fit
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting for technical positions
- Proven track record of successfully hiring frontend developers, backend developers, QA professionals, and other roles within the engineering team
- Strong understanding of the technical skills and qualifications required for each position
- Ability to effectively source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Experience in conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
What the job involves
- Conduct technical interviews with Developers, assessing their skills and experience in frontend and backend development
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of open positions
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical abilities and cultural fit
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
