Who you are
- 9+ months in a SaaS BDR or AE role
- A clear, confident and persuasive communicator
- Resilient to overcome objections and setbacks in the sales process
- Independent and self-motivated to achieve sales goals
- Comfortable negotiating terms and bringing things back to business objectives
- A natural coach; you know how to ask the right questions, at the right time
- Thoughtful and empathetic towards customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Detail-orientated and comfortable working with data
- A creative problem solver
- Tech-savvy, familiar with tools like Hubspot and Apollo, and excited to get very familiar with our own product
- Able to prioritise, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure. You recognise that perfect can get in the way of good, so you look to experiment and iterate, fast
What the job involves
- Proactively identify, pursue and close new sales opportunities to achieve company revenue goals
- Join a small sales team and have the opportunity to make a significant impact with responsibilities from Day 1
- Own your own pipeline; Research and identify potential clients and their needs through strategic account mapping. Conduct product demonstrations and solutioning sessions, showcasing the capabilities and value of the Learn Amp platform to potential clients. Successfully negotiate and close deals to secure new business
- Represent Learn Amp at conferences and industry events to expand brand presence and network with potential clients
- Regularly report sales progress and activities to Senior Leadership and provide insights to improve sales strategies

- Driving revenue through sales; building pipeline, identifying objection risks early, and designing and delivering effective interventions to nurture and move deals through your pipeline
- Building deep relationships with customer stakeholders and decision makers
- Solutioning problems through developing an in-depth understanding of the Learn Amp product and the prospective customer’s needs and challenges
- Innovating, iterating, and improving day-to-dayprocesses
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing on lead-generating campaigns and events
- Professional curiosity in L&D and HR Tech, and stay informed about the latest trends and innovations
- You’ll work closely with:
- Joe Hill-Wilson, Managing Director, Sales Professional of the Year 2021 and former L&D Professional (15yrs)
- Michael Main, Senior Account Executive with 10yrs in SaaS sales
- Heather Maguire, Growth Marketing Manager with 2yrs in SaaS sales and former Learning Technologies professional (4yrs)
