• As the Senior Product Manager for our Insurance Platform, you will take ownership of the platform's most critical components, fostering customer satisfaction and significantly influencing business outcomes
• You’ll identify key problems we tackle, get feedback from key stakeholders, prioritize features to plan a roadmap, and work across the company to build solutions
• Work cross functionally with a variety of teams including Engineering, Insurance, Growth and Operations to build innovative insurance products and platform features
• Lead agile product development processes, including writing user stories, managing the product backlog, and conducting sprint planning
• Proactively gather customer feedback and conduct user research to understand pain points, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform product roadmap decisions
• Drive continuous improvement efforts in the product development process, optimizing efficiency, scalability, and product quality
