Role
Who you are
- 5+ writing UX content for SAAS product
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field—or equivalent experience
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a deep understanding of how language influences user behavior
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and work with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with design thinking and user experience principles
- Strong understanding of content's role in design and UX
- Experience in cybersecurity or working on highly technical products is a plus
What the job involves
- Write clear, effective content that makes our cybersecurity SaaS products easier to understand and use
- Work with product teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, and drive the conversation around information architecture, taxonomy, and human-centered language
- Work closely with counterparts in Product Marketing to build alignment and collaborate on content strategy and key decisions
- Define content strategies for new and existing products, balancing business goals and user needs
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to make content decisions and advocate for the user
- Provide feedback and guidance to other team members across the product org and beyond—helping to enhance the team’s overall knowledge and skill set and awareness around the importance of clear language
- Maintain and improve the tone of voice and style guides for the product
- Collaborate with the UX team to ensure content supports and enhances the user experience
- Own the maintenance of existing content and development of new content for the Knowledge Base
