Role
Who you are
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing affiliate programs
- In-depth knowledge of different affiliate marketing platforms, in particular, Impact Radius
- Experience in working across international territories
- Understanding of attribution, tracking and reporting
- Basic knowledge of other digital marketing disciplines
- Experience in lead generation

- Experience in travel, retail or marketplace businesses
What the job involves
- Take full ownership of affiliate channel P&L, including communicating performance to senior leadership
- Manage the migration of publishers from our legacy system (PAP) to Impact Radius and ownership of the relationship with the vendor
- Plan and execute the expansion strategy for affiliate marketing via new countries & new categories
- Expand acquisition efforts to include the seller side of the Bark marketplace as well as the buyer side
- Manage the relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they’re actively promoting Bark.com to their users
- Work with internal teams to identify and execute on other growth opportunities

A customer can simply post a service requirement (they call this a Bark!) and their technology goes out and finds relevant professionals instantly.
Professionals who are interested in quoting for the work can post their responses to the customer. The customer can then speak to the seller, view their profile and read Bark reviews before choosing the best pro for their job.
Bark now boasts over 8M users booking pros stretching from gardeners and cleaners to counsellors and accountants across 11 countries.
